About the role

ABA SHINE is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 support in Livermore, CA. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with shifts after 2:30 PM on four days, or 3 hours daily across five days. The focus is on providing compassionate, high-quality care for a young adult with complex behavioral needs. The position requires RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support and crisis intervention.
