Verify and inspect all parts orders received. Correspond directly with service department to dispatch incoming parts to technicians for work orders. Unload incoming shipments from trucks and stock items on shelves. Cross train with parts department and assist customers with purchases as needed. Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience. Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and through service work orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales. Provide customer service that supports the long-term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards. Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer-led training to ensure continued development and expertise.
Qualifications WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Prior experience in Shipping/Receiving, retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred. Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required. Hi/Lo (forklift) certified preferred, will train. Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Drivers license.
