Ro is seeking a Director of Automation in Romeoville, IL to lead strategy, design, and implementation of automation across pharmacy fulfillment, compounding, warehouse, and distribution. You will partner with cross-functional teams and manage capital projects to deliver scalable, compliant operations.
The role requires 8+ years of automation leadership, expertise with robotics and material handling, and a strong Lean/Six Sigma background. Travel is ~10–15% with opportunities for growth within Ro.
