Position Overview:
As a Front End Engineer III, you will take a leadership role in designing, developing, and optimizing our web applications to ensure they are visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly. You will be at the forefront of our front-end development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions. This senior position requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to architectural decisions, innovate with emerging technologies, and drive best practices in front-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of advanced front-end applications that meet the latest standards for usability, performance, and aesthetics.
Architect scalable and maintainable web applications, ensuring they are responsive and adaptive across all devices.
Drive the adoption of advanced JavaScript frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and related tools to enhance application quality.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing efficient code and leveraging modern build tools.
Spearhead front-end testing strategies to ensure application reliability and performance.
Mentor junior front-end engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of new front-end technologies and practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST- Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.
