About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Supply Chain processes and enterprise technology solutions. The role will bridge business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and implementation for Supply Chain systems. Drive improvements across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Management. Manage ERP/Supply Chain applications such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Work with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, reports, dashboards, and automation. Lead testing, deployment, system enhancements, and production support. Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver projects successfully. Identify opportunities for process automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology / ERP / techno-functional roles. Strong end-to-end Supply Chain process knowledge. Experience in ERP implementation, integration, enhancement, and support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with SQL, APIs/integrations, BI tools, and cloud technologies is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
