  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform
  • Assist with content calendar planning and scheduling
  • Monitor comments and DMs, flagging engagement opportunities or community questions
  • Track performance metrics (views, saves, shares, engagement rate) and help identify what's working
  • Support digital sales strategy; tying content back to online engagement and growth
  • Collaborate directly with Lulu to make sure product content stays on-brand while personal content stays authentic and fun
What We Are Looking For:
  • Genuine familiarity with Instagram and TikTokBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Instagram Edits, or similar)

  • A good eye for aesthetics, pacing, and trends
  • Comfortable directing content
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams at once
  • A self-starter who can take a rough idea and run with itBonus: experience with Canva, basic photography, or influencer/brand partnership coordination
What You Get:
  • Direct mentorship from Lulu Powers, with real exposure to the creative and strategic side of brand building
  • Hands-on experience across storytelling and digital sales strategy
  • The opportunity to make a measurable impact driving consumer engagement and online growth
  • Great networking opportunities within a small business setting
  • A portfolio of published, high-visibility content
  • School credit available
  • A fun, inspiring environment that celebrates creativity, coastal charm, and good taste

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
