- Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM): Wed–Sun | Thu–Mon | Sat–WedAfternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM): Tue–Sat | Wed–Sun | Thu–Mon | Fri–Tue | Sat–Wed | Sun–ThuKey Responsibilities
- Safely operate test vehicles for 4–8 hours per shift on designated routes
- Follow strict safety protocols and operational procedures at all times
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road readiness
- Support real-time data collection using basic software tools
- Accurately document observations, anomalies, and system performance
- Provide clear verbal and written feedback to engineering teams
- Assist with vehicle logistics, including maintenance coordination and storage
- Strong driving experience with the ability to remain focused for extended periods
- High attention to detail and situational awareness
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (Linux/command line is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to report findings clearly
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred (Not Required): Exposure to autonomous vehicle technology or data collection environments
