About the role

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced, project-based DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities. This individual will partner closely with Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other business stakeholders to streamline contract workflows, automate approval processes, improve contract visibility, and optimize end-to-end contract lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on DocuSign CLM implementation experience along with strong functional, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering sessions with Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other key business stakeholders. Assess current-state contract processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement. Design and configure DocuSign CLM workflows to support contract creation, review, approvals, execution, renewals, and reporting. Develop scalable and efficient contract lifecycle management processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices. Support DocuSign CLM integrations with relevant business systems and applications. Coordinate testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Partner with stakeholders to drive user adoption, change management, and successful implementation. Provide guidance and recommendations on DocuSign CLM functionality, configuration, and best practices. Support overall project delivery from assessment and design through implementation and deployment.
Key Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience implementing and configuring DocuSign CLM.Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and best practices. Experience designing and implementing workflow automation and approval processes. Strong business process analysis and process improvement capabilities. Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional system solutions. Experience supporting systems integrations and cross-functional technology implementations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience supporting change management, user adoption, testing, and implementation activities. Proven ability to lead or support projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
Eligibility Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check. As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations. Compensation The anticipated pay range for this opportunity is $100.00–$107.00 per hour. The range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation reasonably expected to be offered for this opportunity at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, engagement structure, and applicable work location within the range provided.
