About the Role:
Unique Tours and Rentals LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Horse Trainer to join our team in Atlanta, GA! Responsibilities:
Train and condition horses for tours, rentals, and guest interactions
Develop and implement individualized training programs for horses of varying skill levels
Monitor horse health, behavior, and well-being on a daily basis
Assist guests and riders with proper horsemanship techniques and safety protocols
Coordinate with veterinarians and farriers to ensure optimal horse care
Maintain stables, equipment, and training facilities to a high standard
Evaluate and assess new horses for temperament, fitness, and suitability for tours and rentals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Horse Trainer or in a similar equestrian role
Strong knowledge of horse behavior, training techniques, and equine health
Experience working with diverse breeds and temperaments
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
Reliable, safety-conscious, and passionate about animal welfare
