The Associate for Strategic Initiatives The Associate for Strategic Initiatives serves three core functions: Content Writing and Development (35%): Support the successful execution of web development and paid media projects through the development of engaging, multi-platform content. Client Engagement Enablement (35%): Support creation of necessary materials for client engagement, including email writing and deck development. Project Management Support (30%): Track deliverables and enable senior management to provide timely updates to clients across projects. Qualifications This is an entry-level position, experience working in digital marketing or with a web development team a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience writing for digital/web a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and is adaptable to changing priorities Benefits & Compensation Base salary range is $50,000 to $62,000 per year Total compensation range is $52,000 to $74,000 per year, which includes quarterly bonus eligibility, profit share and 401(k) employer match Unlimited PTO Paid family leave Healthcare and dental insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
