Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support recruiting operations for a fast-paced staffing agency. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of industries and skill sets. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced using sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems to build strong candidate pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, resume databases, referrals, and social media channels.Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and interest level.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple clients and industries.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and sourcing strategies.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.Monitor market trends and talent availability to support recruiting efforts and workforce planning.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing metrics and performance goals.Qualifications1–3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.Experience working in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar sourcing platforms.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
