About the Role: The Slate Communications Strategist builds and runs Slate Deliver campaigns for partner institutions, pairing hands-on execution with strategy that keeps results moving in the right direction. You'll manage the technical build of each campaign, then dig into the data to tell clients what's working and what to change next. What You'll Own Campaign Build & Monitoring Build and maintain Slate Deliver campaigns for partner institutions — emails (not copy or design), population and rule setup, reports, and more Talk clients through builds, process, and strategy on calls and in writing Work closely with Accounts, Creative, the Slate Strategist Associate, and the Email Builder to keep campaigns running smoothly Campaign Strategy Help shape communication plans with the Enrollment Strategist and Copywriter, drawing on past performance and industry trends Dig into Slate reports for takeaways and recommendations, and walk clients through the findings on check-in calls Lead as the email campaign expert in renewal presentations, sharing key outcomes and recommendations for the next cycle Team up with strategists across the company to bring clients joined-up recommendations Internal Contribution Pitch in on team ideas for new projects, processes, and integrations that interest you and help the team Keep an eye out for new tools and tech that could make campaigns run better for clients and the team
What You Bring: Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent life/work experience At least 1 year of intermediate to advanced experience in Technolutions Slate CRM, including the Deliver module At least 1 year of experience in higher education Solid grasp of Slate communications through Deliver, plus working knowledge of enrollment communications strategy and Slate reporting Strong organizational skills — attention to detail, multitasking, prioritizing, and sound decision-making Good at working with teammates and representing the company to clients Clear communicator with strong time management, comfortable switching between multiple tech platforms in a remote environment Able to work at a computer for extended periods Why This Role This role sits at the center of how client campaigns get built and how they improve over time. You'll shape both the mechanics and the strategy behind Slate Deliver campaigns, and clients will look to you as the person who knows what's working and why. Compensation The salary range for this role is $70,000–$85,000. Your offer will reflect the experience, skills, and qualifications you bring.
