Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Regional Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across multiple hotels and resorts in Indianapolis, IN and Key West, FL, with about 25% travel. This onsite leadership role partners with General Managers and senior leaders to drive culture, talent, and employee engagement across the portfolio. You will coach property HR teams, oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensure legal compliance, and develop leadership programs.
