Chocolatist Position Our Chocolatiers use a process created over 4 generations of chocolate makers to create premium house made offerings. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer. Essential functions include championing our culture with excellence and integrity, preparing our premium chocolate, operating and maintaining the tools and equipment needed for chocolate making, keeping the work station and displays clean, organized and beautiful, offering tastings to guests, diving into helping the rest of the milkshake team when needed, boosting customer's love as a brand advocate, mastering the art of crafting high-quality chocolates, keeping a cool demeanor when smoothing out customer complaints, staying on top of the game by organizing work and sales areas, diving into the retail magic, prepping the environment for promotions, doing whatever is needed to keep the operations running and to create the optimum guest experience, executing all tasks with a safety mindset, staying on top of food safety and quality, and diving into extra duties with flair. Requirements include strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills, proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, ability to create smiles for guests and fellow team members, attention to detail and safety requirements, manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, previous customer experience, availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, high school diploma or GED, and must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties.
