We are looking for an exceptional Operations Program Manager to help scale this network.What You’ll DoAs one of the first Operations PMs in the U.S., you’ll own the success of a portfolio of Data Partners from onboarding through long-term growth.You are not just an operator. You are a builder, coach, negotiator, and problem solver.Your responsibilities include:Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new Data Partners (DPs)Interpret customer data collection guidelines and translate them into clear operational instructionsTrain DPs to execute high-quality data collection projectsNegotiate commercial terms and operational agreements with partnersDrive DP activation, conversion, engagement, and long-term retentionTrack operational KPIs including active devices, accepted hours, DP utilization, and quality metricsIdentify bottlenecks and solve operational issues quicklyCoordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve operational efficiencyBuild scalable operational playbooks as DeepReach expands globallyWhat We’re Looking ForMust Have3–7+ years of Operations, Program Management, Marketplace Operations, Trust & Safety Operations, or Vendor Operations experienceExperience at a fast-growing internet platform, marketplace, or AI companyHighly execution-oriented with exceptional ownershipExtremely organized and detail-orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing startup environmentFlexible working hours and willing to go above and beyond to achieve team goalsStrong sense of accountability—you own outcomes, not just tasksHigh energy, resilient, and proactiveStrongly PreferredSpanish fluency (spoken and written)Experience in LLM data annotation, RLHF, data operations, or AI training data programsExperience interpreting complex annotation guidelines or operational SOPsExperience managing distributed vendors, contractors, or marketplace participantsExperience working with international teamsComfortable reviewing contracts and negotiating operational partnershipsWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6 months, you will:Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of Data PartnersIncrease partner activation and retentionImprove daily active Data PartnersDrive higher accepted data hours and operational qualityBecome the operational bridge between customers, Product, and our global Data Partner networkHelp define the operating system for one of the world’s first real-world data business platformsWhy DeepReach?We’re not building another marketplace.We’re creating a new category where entrepreneurs around the world can build sustainable businesses by supplying the real-world data that powers Physical AI.If you’re energized by building from zero to one, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to help shape the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI, we’d love to talk.
