Schedule: 3 Shifts - 24 hours per week About Mixed by Nasrin Mixed by Nasrin is a Brooklyn women's apparel brand, designed by founder Nasrin Jafari and known for its original prints. We sell direct to customers online, release new collections frequently, and ship every order from our studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. We're growing fast and building the team and systems to support it.
The role: You'll be part of the team that ships every Mixed by Nasrin order from our Navy Yard studio. Most of the job is picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and keeping inventory counts right, with support on returns and receiving. Expect a steady routine most days and much heavier volume around collection launches and sales like Black Friday.
What you'll do: Pick, pack, and ship orders in Ship Station: with speed and accuracy Assist with returns and exchanges in Loop Returns: inspect, restock, or flag damaged Assist with receiving factory shipments: count against the purchase order, inspect, and add to stock Replenish pick locations from backstock so nothing runs dry mid-shift Assist with cycle counts and support full inventory counts Flag issues to customer service in Slack with what they need to resolve it Pull samples and product for photo shoots Keep the floor clean, safe, and organized, including packing supplies
Who you are: A team player who wants to join a fast paced work environment. You use good judgment, speak up early, and own mistakes the moment you find them. You stay accurate through repetitive work, show up for every shift, and are comfortable on a computer. Warehouse experience is a plus.
Physical requirements: On your feet and moving for the full shift Frequent bending, reaching, and step-ladder use Able to lift up to 40 lbs, including inbound production cartons
