About the role
Job TitleUnder the general supervision of the Deputy County Clerk. Performs a variety of functions related to the operations of the 38th Judicial Circuit Court. Acts as an assistant deputy clerk and case management clerk while performing a variety of functions unique to the office to assist the 38th Judicial Circuit Court meet performance standards as set forth by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrator's Office.
Education: High school graduation or equivalent.
Experience:
Two to three years of experience in a court or law office providing knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures and court procedures with an emphasis in case management procedures.
