Quality Technician Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Technician! We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. Summary: The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting products and auditing manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards, company requirements, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This role works closely with manufacturing teams to identify defects, monitor product quality, validate processes, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to supporting operational excellence and customer You'll DoInspect products throughout production to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Review job documentation and product requirements before performing inspections. Identify, document, and communicate defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming products. Perform quality audits and process validations throughout production. Maintain inspection records, audit reports, and quality quality trends and support corrective actions and process improvements. Verify work-in-process materials are properly identified and tracked. Utilize quality tools, measuring devices, and technology to validate product with production teams to improve quality performance and consistency. Support compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and company policies. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required.1+ year of quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred. Printing industry experience is a plus. Experience working with quality systems, audits, or inspections preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to identify defects and quality issues. Experience using Microsoft Office applications and production systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic mathematical skills.
