Join our team as an Equipment Operator supporting field operations in Williston, North Dakota but based out of Windsor, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in the oilfield and industrial services. No previous oilfield experience is required. Candidates with general labor, construction, manufacturing, equipment, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Equipment Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available Work a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation. Rotators typically fly into North Dakota on a Tuesday and fly home 15 days later on a Wednesday. Company-paid travel from Colorado to North Dakota is provided for qualifying employees. Company-provided apartments are available for employees who relocate or travel for the position. During your 15-day hitch, you will be on-call 24/7 based on operational needs. There are no set daily hours or shifts. Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to your training, competency level, and job requirements. Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities. Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings. Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working a rotational schedule and being on-call 24/7 during the 15-day hitch. Must be willing and able to travel to Williston, North Dakota for work.
