We're hiring facilities technicians, building engineers and maintenance specialists to keep commercial properties safe, efficient and always operational.
What you'll do:
- Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.
- Run the preventive maintenance program and close out work orders in the CMMS.Diagnose and repair equipment faults; escalate and coordinate vendors where needed.
- Support tenant service requests and keep client spaces running without disruption.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and building-code requirements.
- What you'll bring
- Hands-on building maintenance, HVAC or multi-trade facilities experience.
- Universal EPA 608, journeyman license, stationary engineer license or equivalent (role-dependent).Comfort with BMS/BAS platforms and CMMS work-order systems.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first approach.
