Job TitleDuration: 0-3+ Months (Temp to Perm) Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (M-F) Interview Type: Will vary based on availability Parking permit provided. Dress Code: Business professional. Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that weigh up to 50 lbs, there will be assistance for heavier items. Experience in a Law Firm environment is a plus but not needed. Customer service background is needed. Prior experience/ knowledge of Microsoft office/Outlook is a requirement. MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point. Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated organizational and communications skills. Proactive, friendly, professional and positive attitude.Daily Duties Include: Meet and greet all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome. Answer all incoming telephone calls made to the firm, by following firm/client phone etiquette expectations and ensuring communication at a professional level. Scheduling meeting rooms, ensuring that each conference room has the necessary supplies prior to the client meeting times. Maintain proper visitor and guest security procedures as laid out by client and the firm. Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of firm lobby. Performs light hospitality, when necessary, coffee, water, order food, drinks. Provides light housekeeping duties, maintaining an organized workspace. Performs light clerical/admin assistant duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
