About the role
Managing various administrative tasks within the Sales department, the full-time Sales Administrator will handle approval processes, compliance-related paperwork, and customer communications in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Manage California and Pennsylvania paperwork and approval processes for the Sales team, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
Conduct audits and follow up with customers in New York to retrieve missing paperwork, maintaining accurate account records
Review state-specific paperwork for approval and assist with financial assistance eligibility for specific accounts
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements
Effective problem-solving skills for operational and customer-facing issues
Experience in managing administrative tasks within a sales environment is a plus
