Part-Time Administrative Assistant Clapp Associates is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team! Clapp Associates is a successful HVAC Manufacturer's Representative serving the commercial HVAC industry. We are a small business with fewer than 10 employees, known for our strong work ethic, collaborative environment, and commitment to providing outstanding service. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will: Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with Microsoft Access and Quick Books is a plus).Have knowledge of /or experience with social media and marketing (or be willing to learn).Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Position Details Part-Time / Flexible schedule: Starting at 15–20 hours per week in our Feasterville office; great opportunity for someone looking to get back into workforce Competitive pay: Based on skills and experience Opportunity for growth: Ideally this position would transition into a full-time role for the right candidate as the company continues to grow
