About the role

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Cardiac ICU Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Cardiac Surgery team in Baltimore. The APP will manage critically ill post‑operative patients in the ICU, delivering high‑acuity, evidence‑based care in collaboration with Cardiac Surgeons, CV Intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams. You will perform advanced procedures, monitor patients, and participate in ECMO/ventricular assist device care, with autonomy to act at the top of your license.
