About the role
Leading the growth strategy for a focused portfolio of large enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Success will manage account plans, build executive relationships, and drive sustainable growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own and define growth goals and account-specific plans for 2-3 enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with measurable outcomes
Build and sustain executive-level relationships across client organizations, acting as a strategic advisor and mapping key stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with client needs, driving adoption and integration of solutions
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting, preferably in financial services
Proven track record of owning growth outcomes and accelerating performance in complex accounts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to model growth opportunities and build business cases
Exceptional executive presence and experience engaging with C-suite leaders
