Movement Search and Delivery is working with a leading manufacturing company in Elkhart County to identify and evaluate a Plant Manager🔧 Plant Manager (Night Shift) – Production-Focused Role Step into a Plant Manager title at one of the largest operations in the space. This is a night shift Plant Manager role (6:00pm – 4:30am) supporting a ~1,000-person operation that’s continuing to grow as production is consolidated into this site. This is not a “sit in the office” Plant Manager role. This is: On the floor Managing through supervisors Keeping production moving in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment🧭 What you’ll actually be doing: Running night shift operations and hitting production targets Leading through supervisors / team leads (not just individual contributors)Troubleshooting bottlenecks and keeping flow moving Driving accountability, safety, and output across the shift Coaching leaders and building a stronger production team🏭 The environment: High-volume chassis production (welding + assembly)Growing operation with new production being brought onsite Big team, real responsibility, high visibility Reports directly to the General Manager🎯 What they’re looking for: Strong production leader (Production Manager, Ops Manager, etc.)Experience in manufacturing — metals, assembly, automotive, or similar Comfortable managing in a hands-on, floor-driven environment Experience leading through supervisors in a multi-shift operation Someone who can handle pace, pressure, and growth👉 No degree required.
