About the role

Operation Site Manager – Agrality | Fremont, Nebraska Human Soul is partnering with Agrality to find an Operation Site Manager to lead plant operations within its seed business in Fremont, Nebraska, ensuring compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, customer specifications, and production and budget targets. We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on leader with strong reporting discipline, capable of managing plant operations and building cohesive, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities: •       Prepare, monitor, and control the plant budget.•       Coordinate operational planning with the Production area, aligning volumes, intake windows, plant capacity, customer priorities, and available resources.•       Generate and standardize accurate production and operational reports, ensuring smooth and effective communication with other areas of the company and external customers.•       Lead and build cohesive teams, promoting a culture of accountability, efficiency, communication, safety, order, and adherence to procedures.•       Drive maintenance, continuous improvement, and innovation projects aimed at improving the reliability of equipment and facilities, optimizing resources, and increasing operational efficiency.•       Drive the automation and digitalization of plant processes, reducing paper records and improving traceability, reporting, and the availability of reliable information for decision-making.•       Monitor key plant management indicators linked to productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, consumption, compliance with operating schedules, and budget performance.•       Develop and manage strategic suppliers for the plant operation.
Qualifications: •       Bachelor's Degree required in Agricultural, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering, or a related field such as Business Administration.•       Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.•       3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.•       Experience in seed conditioning or seed production processes is preferred, but not required.•       Spanish preferred.•       Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Intermediate knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred.
Relevant Experience: A proven track record leading and developing teams in industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong organizational and reporting skills. Background in plant management, production operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or warehouse administration roles is highly valued. Technical Skills: Budget preparation and control, team management, reporting, and plant operations. Knowledge of seed conditioning processes is a plus.
