A growing commercial construction team is seeking a Superintendent to lead the delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has experience managing complex commercial projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily field operations and site activities
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing
- Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards
- Identify and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with project teams and trade partners
- Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain an organized, productive work environment
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone completion
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesOSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
