About the role

Two Chairs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build high-performing clinical teams. This full-time, temporary role partners with care leadership to recruit LMFTs, LMHCs, LCSWs, LPCs, PhDs, or PsyDs and to own the end-to-end process from sourcing to closing. You'll drive candidate experience, reinforce our employer brand, and help scale hiring during a pivotal growth phase, reporting to the Operations Team.
