About the role
Contracted Service Provider Form Only for Contracted Employee - PEIMS Reportable ONLY SELECT JOB ID 1927. This form collects the information needed to enter a PEIMS-reportable contracted service provider into the district ERP system for assignment of a district email account, access to necessary applications and programs, campus location badge access, and other required resources. The service provider performs services in support of district operations or student programs as outlined in an approved contract and works under district or campus supervision. Please complete all fields accurately and submit electronically to Human Resources for system entry and access setup. How to Complete the Contractor Form in Frontline Recruit & Hire Access the Contractor Form Go to the Aldine ISD Careers page, locate JobID 1927: Contractor Form, and click Apply. Create or Log in to Your Frontline Account New users: Select START to create a new account. Complete the Personal Info page, then click Next Page at the bottom right corner. Existing users: Select LOGIN and enter your existing username and password. Current Employment Status Page Select 'No, I am not currently an employee of Aldine ISD,' then click Next Page. Postal Address Page Complete all required fields, then click Next Page. Vacancy Desired Page The correct position is already pre-selected. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next Page. Contractor Application Page Complete all required fields, then click Next Page. Confirmation Page Review all your information carefully. Click Finish and Submit. You will receive a confirmation email once the form has been submitted.
