We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Packaging Associates to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. If you’re looking for steady work, consistent hours, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you! Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
What You’ll Do:
  • Package and inspect cheese products according to quality and safety standards
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
  • Assist in other packaging and production areas as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GEDReliable, team-oriented, and hardworking
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements: This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to:
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
  • Stand and walk for 8+ hours
  • Bend, reach, push, pull, and climb
  • Work in varying temperatures
