About the role
Driving expansion revenue within existing SMB dental practices, the full-time Account Executive, Customer Growth will proactively engage clients to identify growth opportunities and position software solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling software solutions to a portfolio of existing customers
Proactively reach out to accounts to schedule meetings, uncover needs, and understand business challenges
Conduct product demonstrations that align DPMS solutions with customer goals and maintain sales-focused communication
Required qualifications
1 year of experience in a sales-related, customer-facing role with a proven sales quota achievement
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
Proficiency in using technology for sales activities, including SFDC and Microsoft Suite
Willingness to learn new sales techniques and champion change management
