The blueprints are not a static reference document — they are the primary mechanism for feeding validated, field-tested segment intelligence into Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing, so those functions build roadmap, positioning, and regulatory strategy around real account behavior rather than assumption. The person in this seat reports to the Vice President of Sales, North America and acts as the connective tissue between account-level reality and company-level decisions. What You Will Bring to ChargePointSegment Blueprint CreationBuild and own segment-specific blueprints (enterprise/commercial fleet, last-mile delivery, transit fleet, government/municipal fleet) that document customer economics, procurement patterns, technical/product requirements (depot charging, duty cycles, vehicle mix), and competitive positioning within each segmentTranslate blueprint findings into structured inputs for four functions: Product (feature and roadmap priorities), Policy (regulatory and incentive positioning), R&D (technical requirements), and Marketing (positioning and messaging). Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
