About this role: The Principal Power Electronics Solutions Architect – North America is a senior technical role within Carrier’s Global Power Electronics organization. The position serves as the primary interface between Business Units in North America and the Global Power Electronics team, ensuring that system and product requirements are translated into competitive, scalable, and globally aligned power electronics solutions. The role focuses on solution definition, architecture decisions, platform alignment, reuse, roadmap definition, and technical steering of power electronics development teams to ensure the right solutions are developed — not on detailed design.
