What This Role Really IsThis is a customer service–first position where you guide individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling. Conversations are consultative, professional, and focused on helping people make informed decisions. Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided Full-time schedules typically include:5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups10–20 hours per week meeting with customers5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks Income & Advancement Commission-based compensation with monthly bonus opportunities Average entry-level sale pays $600–$800 Full-time representatives average 3–7 sales per week Performance-based increases available every 2–3 months No quotas and no income ceiling Income varies by individual performance.
