About the role

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to lead strategic innovation and large client engagements in North America. You will drive the next generation of pharmacy solutions, partner with vendors, and promote our offerings through market activities. A pharmacist degree and license in good standing are preferred, with broad travel and high-level collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include: PBM design and procurement, audits, plan analysis, and engagement strategies to grow revenues.
