Closet Factory Cleveland is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our manufacturing and production team. About Closet Factory With more than 40 years as a nationally recognized leader in custom storage and home organization, Closet Factory designs and manufactures premium custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, wall beds, and more. All components are manufactured in-house using advanced production equipment and precision-driven systems to ensure exceptional quality from start to finish.
What You’ll Do: • Assist in operating nested-base CNC routers and woodworking machinery• Work with edgebanders, sliding table saws, and other production equipment• Support cabinet and component manufacturing workflows• Read and follow production drawings and specifications• Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout production• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and organized• Follow all shop safety procedures and operational standards What We Offer• $18 to $22/hour starting pay based on experience• Full-time, year-round position• Medical benefits, paid time off, and 401(k)• Stable, long-term career opportunity• Hands-on training with industry-leading equipment• Opportunity for advancement within a growing company What Makes You a Great Fit• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail• Woodworking, cabinet, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn CNC equipment and production systems• Ability to read basic plans, drawings, or measurements• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed Why Join Closet Factory?
