🚀 Director, Product Engineering⚡ Power Electronics | Energy Storage | Advanced Power Systems🔋 BESS | Power Conversion | New Product Development We're partnering with a growing power technology company seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive innovative power and energy products from concept through commercialization. 🎯 What You'll Own Lead Electrical, Mechanical, and Product Engineering teams Drive product roadmap execution and new product development initiatives Oversee power electronics architecture, design, testing, and commercialization Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices Partner cross-functionally with software, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering organizations✅ Ideal Background 10+ years of power electronics product development experience 5+ years leading engineering teams Expertise in AC-DC, DC-AC, and DC-DC power conversion Experience with energy storage, power infrastructure, UPS, solar, EV, or related technologies Proven success leading products from concept to market Strong understanding of grid-connected power systemsB.S. in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred 🚀 Why Consider It?
