About the role
Entry Level Driller Assistants - Geotechnical Drilling - Benefits Package - St. Rose, LA Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is seeking Driller Assistants for their New Orleans office. These positions involve assisting drillers with geotechnical exploration and test drilling, working outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, able to lift heavy materials, and interested in starting a career in drilling and site investigation.

What You’ll Need:
Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs
Available to work overtime and weekends as required
Available for overnight/out-of-town travel
Must pass company background checks including drug screen
Must have an excellent driving record within company standards
Must have current DOT Medical Examiners Certificate or be able to obtain one prior to employment
What Will Make You Stand Out Minimum of one-year experience preferred
Mechanical skills preferred
Class A or Class B CDL license a plus
Local candidates preferred
