End Client - Banking Job Description The RASA Chatbot Developer will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI chatbots and voice assistants using RASA, with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions for diverse business use cases. Key responsibilities include integrating NLP and NLG, managing deployments through CI/CD tools, and working on complex technical issues related to chatbot performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop RASA chatbots and voice assistants across various platforms
  • Work on chatbot framework/architecture using open-source tools
  • Implement NLP/NLG for chatbots
  • Integrate chatbots with management dashboards and CRMsTroubleshoot and resolve technical design issues
  • Design scalable AI and client solutions
  • Ensure chatbot optimization for speed and scalability
  • Provide innovative solutions for improved user experience
  • Multilingual chatbot experience (preferred)
  • Human escalation integration
  • Qualifications & SkillsB.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in RASA chatbot developmentRASA enterprise experience (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with live agent integration
  • Conversational AI, client, and deep learning experience
  • Proficient in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux shell commands
  • Experience integrating with platforms like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong foundation in AI tools (TensorFlow, Spacy, NLU) and RESTful APIsMust-Have SkillsRASA enterprise chatbot development experience
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and AI tools
  • Understanding of HTTPS and enterprise security
