About the role
📍 California-based | Contract / Independent Contractor We're hiring a Financial Oversight Lead to support independent financial validation and budget monitoring on a State of California contract oversight engagement.
What you'll do:
Review vendor invoices for completeness, accuracy, and contract compliance Prepare, reconcile, and submit advance account voucher packets Maintain budget tracking logs and flag financial risks or anomalies Support audit readiness and financial documentation reviews
What you'll need:
3+ years reviewing invoices, reimbursement documentation, or fund administration packets Experience reconciling receipts, travel claims, and proofs of payment Strong Excel skills (or equivalent financial tracking tools)Must be based in California Experience with publicly funded/grant-funded programs or advance-account reimbursement models is a plus Interested?
