About the role

About the client: The client is a stablecoin-powered neobank for importers, exporters and wholesalers. Clients pay suppliers and get paid across borders on USD rails settled on USDT/USDC, and spend through the client's business credit cards. $600M+ in volume in the last 2 years, $7M raised in VC funding from a16zcrypto, Kraken, and Moonpay. Team comes from MIT, Princeton, Meta, McKinsey, Y Combinator, mostly based in Miami and South America. Why this role exists Demand is coming in and clients are onboarding consistently. We want someone whose number-one job is growth, who owns partnerships, referrals, outbound and paid and decides where to push.
What you will do: Own new-client growth end to end. Set the target, build the plan, and report weekly on volume as well as account counts. Bring on larger trade businesses, where targeting and relationships matter more than raw sign-up counts. Run and scale the referral and partnership channels: referral partners, incentives, and relationship-led acquisition. Direct paid and outbound: LinkedIn, Meta, conferences and card shows, working with the contractors and agencies we already use. Work with product on activation. Tell us where sign-ups stall and what to change. Run growth experiments behind feature gates, with a stated success metric and a rollout plan before anything ships.
What we are looking for:
  • Has personally brought on large numbers of trade, wholesale or distribution businesses, or a comparable B2B base, at a neobank, card company, payments or cross-border fintech, or a logistics or trade-services business in a similar market.
  • Can show the volume or accounts they sourced and what part was theirs, looking for 8 to 9 figures cumulative.
  • Comfortable with relationship-led selling in Latin America and the US Spanish-speaking trade community. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Builds their own lists, runs their own outreach, measures what works and iterates quickly.
  • Not a fit: a pure brand or content marketer, or someone whose experience is selling to consumers or small shops with no path to larger accounts.
  • How we work
  • Small team, fast decisions, agentic workflows, clear ownership of one number, and responsive during business hours. You report directly to the founders.
  • Compensation and process
  • Base, variable and equity are set by the founders. Variable pay is tied to the volume you bring on. The role is remote or hybrid and comes with the company's standard benefits package.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
