Buyer Planner Coordinator

Responsibilities: Purchase materials, parts, and services for production Create and track purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages Schedule production work orders and support manufacturing timelines Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and quality concerns Resolve order, inventory, and invoice discrepancies Update purchasing and planning information within the ERP system Work with production, engineering, customer service, and quality teams Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
