About the role

Hyperbolic seeks a high-impact in-house legal counsel to shape the legal and commercial foundation of its AI infrastructure business, working directly with founders and leadership on critical transactions. You will own agreements that secure GPU capacity, enable strategic partnerships, and serve customers. Your mandate includes aligning MSAs with neocloud providers and customers to maintain service quality while protecting Hyperbolic from legal and financial risk, helping scale into new markets
