About the role
The Role:
The Partnership Manager owns a portfolio of sponsor relationships across our festivals, from the signed contract to the on-site activation to the renewal conversation. You'll make sure every partner gets what they paid for and more, turn good partners into multi-year ones, and help grow revenue across the portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, and event operations. It suits someone who is as comfortable in a brand's boardroom as they are walking a festival site at 6 a.m. before gates open.
What You'll Do:
- Partner management and fulfillment
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for an assigned book of sponsors, from national brands to regional and local partners.
- Translate signed agreements into detailed fulfillment plans that track every deliverable, including signage, activations, hospitality, digital and social inventory, ticketing, and on-stage mentions.
- Coordinate with production, operations, marketing, and ticketing teams so partner deliverables are built, placed, and executed on time and to spec.
- Be on-site at festivals as the primary point of contact for partners, solving problems in real time.
- Renewals and revenue growth
- Own renewal strategy for your portfolio, with a focus on retention, upsell, and multi-year and multi-festival commitments.
- Identify new inventory and activation opportunities that create value for partners and revenue for Peachtree.
- Support the sales team on new-business pitches by developing proposals, decks, and custom activation concepts.
- Reporting and recap
- Build post-event recap reports showing proof of performance, attendance and demographic data, activation metrics, social and digital results, and photo and video assets.
- Keep the CRM and partner records accurate, including contract terms, deliverables, payment schedules, and renewal dates.
- Track partner satisfaction and flag risks early.
- Contracts and administration
- Work with legal and finance on contract drafting, redlines, invoicing, and collections.
- Make sure partner category exclusivities and conflicts are respected across festivals and are coordinated with other Peachtree commercial agreements.
- Required3–5 years of experience in sponsorship, partnership marketing, or account management, ideally in live events, music, sports, or entertainment.
- A proven record of managing and renewing sponsor relationships, including responsibility for a revenue book.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle many partners, deadlines, and deliverables at once.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, and comfort presenting to brand-side marketing leaders.
- Working knowledge of sponsorship contracts, inventory valuation, and activation best practices.
- Willingness to travel frequently during festival season and to work long days, nights, and weekends on-site.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
