Position Information: Patient Population: Primarily Adults Facility Type: Regional health center with 217 licensed beds Services Include: ED, Critical Care, Med/Surg, Acute Rehab, OB, Pediatrics, Cath Lab, Diagnostics & Therapeutic Radiology, Wound Care, Pain Clinic, Sleep Lab, Pathology & more Onboarding Requirements: MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult) Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates Titers must be from the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB) Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts Unit Information: Number of Beds: 17 Patient Ratios: 1:6 (40 visits a day)
