I am working on behalf of a reputable Home Health Care company seeking a Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team in Palm Beach County.

The Role: Provide clinical oversight and direction to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care. Recruit, train, supervise and develop nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative and accountable team. Oversee individualised care plans and coordinate services to support positive patient outcomes. Monitor clinical performance, patient satisfaction and quality standards, implementing improvements where necessary. Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting survey readiness. Take ownership of clinical operations, ensuring effective processes and consistent delivery of care.
Required Competencies: Current, active RN licence in the state of Florida. Previous Home Health Care experience, including working with Medicare. Previous experience in a clinical leadership or management role. Candidates currently working as an Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor will also be considered. Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, Medicare requirements and clinical standards. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Ability to take ownership of clinical performance and work autonomously.
