Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts replacement and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions
- Replace defective parts and components as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all service activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Technical certificate or diploma in HVACEPA Refrigerant Handling Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical diagnostics
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Commitment to safety procedures and problem solving
