About the role
FORTÉ is seeking a Director of International Tax Strategy to lead and govern our global tax approach amid rapid international growth. This hands-on senior role reports to the CFO and partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure audit‑defensible positions and strong governance. You will steer income, indirect, and transfer pricing strategies while protecting ESOP structures.
You will oversee U.S. and international indirect tax, coordinate with external advisors, and guide M&A tax
