About the role

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate on the Process Risk Optimization (PRO) Team to partner with business units, identify risk, and develop mitigation strategies across enterprise functions. You will support stakeholder interactions, manage deliverables, and help drive risk-based decisions in a fast-paced setting.
